Horse riding enthusiasts from all walks of life are welcome to participate.
Equestrian Sports
is a sport of communication between man and horse, combining power and beauty. It can train people's balance, rhythm, agility and reflex. The whole body is utilized during riding and it helps to strengthen the hip and leg muscles, as one can imagine this consumes a lot of energy and therefore a great exercise. It also increases the rider's breathing and blood circulation. Most body-aches caused by poor posture at work or reading can actually be corrected by riding a horse. Equestrian sports also have the effect of rehabilitation therapy. It can prevent and improve ankylosing spondylitis and avoid the growth of bone spurs, it has even been included in the medical field as one of the treatment methods.
